I am a Realtor in Santa Rosa, CA. Would consider sharing the contact information of the firm that does expungements? I would really appreciate a referral to them.

Like Kristal Kraft I live in (Southern) Colorado. I also get calls about people in the growing industry. But more times than not buyers have to jump in and out of hoops and the deal doesn't get done. The state regulations are tight and just because it seems like a good idea to go "green" it's best to check with the property authorities to find out all the rules and regulations.

Well written...in support of local businesses. All too often local real estate offices are left out of this category and I think you did an exceptional job of letting the public know that there are some of us that are small & non franchise real estate offices out there. Buy and use the services of those folks who are local!

I stayed on the 5th floor August 2010. Slept with the window open and approx 2am to 4:30am experienced lights off and on in my bathroom. Id turn them off.. they would go back on.

Then the footsteps started.. a little girl perhaps and then heavy steps.. all running then walking then again. Lastly was the large stricking noise from the closet that went on for a long time .. door was open and I could see in but no one there.

I phoned the front desk and they said the room next door had called as well with in minutes of my call that thier phone kept ringing but no one was there when they picked up.

When I asked in the morning who was in the room above me last night as they were making so much noise and steps all night .. I was told .. there was no room above me.

My roommates and I went looking at lights. Well, better wording for it, is that we TRIED to go look at lights. We live in San Marcos and attempted to check out the 660 Elm Tree Lane one and it took us up this creepy dirt road and the most lights we saw was one string of lights. It was creepy, scary, and no lights. Thus, I do not recommend it. This is no joke, I personally don't think it's worth it at all, but if you go..come prepared with a flashlight and off road truck!

We just assisted another Carlsbad real estate client today who had paid $2000 to a scam artist who was supposed to help them with their mortgage problems. This San Diego mortgage modification specialist vanished as soon as fees were collected--and left another distressed homeowner homeowner hanging in the wind.
