My partners and I (we bought it together) thought eventually the City would reassessed (which happened in other properties we bought with the purpose of flipping) but it did not happen this way. We filed an appeal this month but I just wanted to know if there was anything else we could do about it. Thank you I bought a 6-plex in Dec 2010 for $277,000.
