North County Inland

San Diego’s North County Inland area, for our purposes, is loosely that area east of I-15 and North of Hwy 56 to the Riverside County border near DeLuz and the Lawrence Welk Resort.

Here you can find everything from award-winning planned communities to ranches to golf course estates. The climate here, compared to coastal regions, is warmer and sunnier in the summer months and a bit chillier during San Diego’s mild winter season.

As for homes in this part of San Diego, one can find some of the more affordable homes in the county–as well as some of the most expensive.  The offerings are as varied as some of the following towns and communities:
