I still believe, more than ever, that separate licensing should be required for California real estate agents and loan representatives. Too many are wearing both hats.</description>

Santa Barbara is blessed. Some day, San Diego's North County shall be so fortunate.

When looked at as a whole, San Diego real estate has been slaughtered. Our north county coastal areas, though, have fared much better than the rest of the county.</description>
