Here in the Santa Barbara and Montecito area, which is similar to San Diego in some respects, we are seeing a huge influx of foreign dollars and most of this in the high end market from $5 Million and above. Just as you point out, a lot of the wealth is simply attributed to the decline in the value of the dollar. This seems to be the case.
