Encinitas elementary schools are governed by the Encinitas Union School District; however, the school district boundary lines are not limited to Encinitas. Also within the EUSD boundaries are homes in South La Costa in Carlsbad. The northern boundary line runs generally along La Costa Avenue and all the streets that directly feed onto La Costa.
